The company was founded in 1986 by Mr. Hassan Suleiman Al-Bazaz Chairman of the Board of Directors, where he worked at the beginning of its inception in the field of real estate and sale of goods in Iraq and has expanded his business afterward in the area of real estate and industrial investments in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 1993. There are currently 1000 technical and professional workers in several sectors including manufacturing, commercial and real estate, where the company provides products and services of high quality at competitive prices in the world of manufacturing and investment. As well as exporting their products regionally and globally with a high level of transparency.

The Company has adopted a strategic program carefully planned to establish the industrial base of the main group “AL-Bazaz “in Jordan.
